As Head of Finance and Controlling of CorTec, you will play a crucial role in shaping the financial strategy and ensuring the financial health and growth of the organization. You will provide strategic and operational leadership in managing the company's financial resources and maximizing its profitability. This position requires a strong background in finance, accounting, and business management, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills. You are member of our Senior Leadership Team (SLT).

• Financial Management (e.g. budgeting, accounting, cash flow management)
• Financial Reporting and Compliance (e.g. ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, preparation of fin. Statements)
• Financial Strategy and Planning (e.g. develop and implement the financial strategy and long-term financial planning)
• Business Development and Strategy (e.g. provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making and business develoment opportunities)
• Investor Relations and Fund Raising (e.g. support fundraising efforts and manage relationships with investors and financial institutions)
• Team Leadership and Development (e.g. manage and mentor the finance and accounting team, fostering a high-performance culture and professional development, collaborate with cross-functional teams)

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
• Proven experience in a hands-on financial leadership role, preferably in a start-up or high-growth environment
• (approx. 3-5 years)
• Strong knowledge of financial management principles, accounting standards, and financial modeling
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights
• Proficient in financial software and systems, preferable with SAP Business One
• German and English business fluent
